Message	I split the hose open with a razor knife to see if I could tell why it failed. I can't really tell though. I think the hose may have been a bit too long, so I compressed it when I installed it. Not sure if that would cause it to fail like that or not. I have had that particular piece of hose off once before, and I re-used it again. I wonder if I didn't pinch the liner between the barb on the pressure regulator and the barb on the fuel rail somehow. The hose is Goodyear J309R, bought at Autozone as I recall. It is date stamped 7-26-2006. Mike --------------------------------------------------------
